Refund policy

This policy covers Minecraft Tools Pro subscriptions (Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly) bought on our website. It is operated by wikitools.wiki, Vietnam. Website orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles payments and refunds.

7-day refund

If Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase and you get the full amount back — for the first payment and for each renewal. No questions asked. Pro ends when the refund is issued.

How to ask for a refund

• Reply to your Paddle receipt email or use the “Get help” / refund link in it (Paddle handles the refund), or
• email us at hello@minecrafttools.wiki from the address you bought with, and we’ll arrange it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time in Account → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. After the 7-day window, payments aren’t refunded for the rest of the current period, but you’re never charged again once you cancel.

iOS app purchases

Pro bought inside our iOS app is billed by Apple. Apple handles those refunds: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
