Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open Account → Manage billing and cancel in one click. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, then drop back to Free — no further charges.
What counts as an AI answer?
Each reply the assistant writes for you. Instant answers (nearest structure, biome at a coordinate, slime chunks and similar lookups computed in your browser) and repeated cached answers are free and never count.
When does the daily limit reset?
Every day at 00:00 UTC. Free gives 5 answers a day, Pro 300. The assistant always shows how many you have left.
How can I pay?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe: major credit and debit cards, plus the wallets Stripe offers in your country. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong with a charge, contact us from the email on your receipt and we'll review it. Cancelling stops future renewals right away.
