How to use the End City Finder
End cities generate on the outer islands (more than about 1,000 blocks from the central island) in End highlands and midlands. The finder shows the closest cities; ships with elytra are attached to some of them.
- Type or paste your seed in the seed box (numbers and text seeds both work), then pick your edition and version.
- End cities are marked on the map automatically. Drag to pan, scroll or pinch to zoom, and hover an icon to see its coordinates.
- Click an icon to copy the coordinates or a ready-made /tp command, and tick "Completed" to keep track of the ones you have visited.
- Use the "Nearest" list in the sidebar to jump straight to the closest ones to spawn or to any X/Z you enter.
Questions
Does the End city have a ship?
Roughly half of End cities generate with a ship holding the elytra and a dragon head. The popup marks ships when the engine can determine it.
How do I get to the outer islands?
Use an End gateway (see the End Gateway Finder) after defeating the dragon, or bridge 1,000+ blocks from the main island.
