Please note that this add-on may or may not work alongside other packs or add-ons. If you encounter any issues, consider placing this add-on at the top of your pack list.
If you really want to, try merger. It's a small tool to merge add-ons that conflict with each other. Sometimes, it works.
This flight system is script-based and may experience stuttering or delayed movement when playing on multiplayer with low-performance servers.

1.3.1
Fixes
- Reduced the stutter when landing after leaving flight mode with a double jump. The main cause was clearVelocity() being called every tick while the player hovered in place, which put the server and client positions out of sync. That call has been removed.
- Landing detection during flight now has to hold for 3 consecutive ticks. Previously, a flickering server-side isOnGround value could end flight mode unexpectedly.
- The stop_flying event is no longer sent twice; all flight-stopping logic now goes through a single function (stopFlying).
- When leaving flight mode with a double jump, leftover horizontal velocity is dampened so the player doesn't keep sliding.
Internal changes
- player.json: the flying and stop_fly component groups now only change has_gravity and no longer touch push_towards_closest_space.
- state.js: added groundTicks to count consecutive on-ground ticks.
- movement.js: cleaned up, and the DEADZONE constant is no longer used here.
Notes
- The stutter is much less noticeable, but a small amount may still be felt on the client side.
- Without clearVelocity(), the player may drift very slightly while hovering in place.

How to install
- Download the file below. On iOS or Android, open it from your Downloads with Minecraft; on Windows, double-click it.
- Minecraft imports the pack automatically. Enable it in your world’s settings under Behavior Packs or Resource Packs; an add-on usually needs both.
- Playing on a Realm or server? Everyone needs the same packs, and the host has to enable them.
- Starting a new world? Choose its seed first: the Seed Map shows villages, structures and biomes near spawn for any Bedrock seed.
