GrassOP — Changelog

Changed

  • Only Grass Blocks (minecraft:grass_block) now drop OP loot — breaking Short Grass or Tall Grass no longer does anything.
  • Loot now uses a weighted 4-tier rarity system (Common → Uncommon → Rare → Legendary) instead of one flat list, so top-tier gear is meaningfully rarer while every single break still guarantees a drop.
  • @minecraft/server dependency bumped from 2.0.0 → 2.9.0 (current stable module).
  • min_engine_version raised to 1.26.40 to match the updated module.

Added

  • 10 new loot entries, bringing the pool from 29 items to 39 across all tiers — including block loot (iron, gold, redstone, lapis), enchanted diamond gear in the Uncommon tier, and a Dragon Egg as a new Legendary-tier drop.

Fixed

  • Enchantment IDs now use the required minecraft: namespace (e.g. sharpness → minecraft:sharpness), matching current API requirements.
  • Totem of Undying drop amount corrected from 2 → 1, its actual max stack size (the old value was silently wasted).
  • Enchantment application and item spawning now wrapped in error handling, so one bad entry can't break an entire loot drop.

How to install

  1. Download the file below. On iOS or Android, open it from your Downloads with Minecraft; on Windows, double-click it.
  2. Minecraft imports the pack automatically. Enable it in your world’s settings under Behavior Packs or Resource Packs; an add-on usually needs both.
  3. Playing on a Realm or server? Everyone needs the same packs, and the host has to enable them.
  4. Starting a new world? Choose its seed first: the Seed Map shows villages, structures and biomes near spawn for any Bedrock seed.
