One Block Parkour

You start on a single block in the sky. Break it, survive and clear its 6 phases. Every phase opens a floating parkour with coins, power-ups and a trophy waiting at the end.

The images in this guide are illustrations made with the add-on's models. In-game screenshots coming soon.

Getting started

How to start

  1. Open the .mcaddon file; Minecraft imports it automatically.
  2. Create a new world and turn on the SVPDEV One Block Parkour behavior pack. The resource pack comes with it.
  3. You spawn on the One Block in the sky, with the One Block Menu in your inventory.
  4. Break the block under your feet. A new one always appears.
The One Block

Six phases, six worlds

Every block you break counts towards the current phase. Each phase brings its own blocks, loot chests and mobs, plus a guaranteed pair of animals so you can breed them. After the City phase comes Endless mode, mixing blocks from every phase.

Every phase opens a parkour

When you clear a phase, a floating course grows out of the island, each one in its own direction. Jump from platform to platform until the yellow platform at the end, where that phase's trophy spins. Green platforms are checkpoints: if you fall, you go back to the last one you touched. Every parkour is longer and harder than the one before.

Coins

They sit on platforms and float over the gaps, so you grab them mid-jump.

Super Jump

Shows up right before a platform 2 blocks higher. Touch it and jump.

Speed Boost

From the Village on. Sets you up for a long jump: sprint and leap.

Slow Trap

The ball and chain slows you down for a few seconds. It sits in the middle of the platform: walk around it.

Reach the finish and the trophy goes into your inventory, together with 10 coins. After 3 seconds you go back to the island.

Trophies are for decorating your base: use one on a block to place it and hit it to pick it back up. The trophy on the finish stays put so other players can win it too.

Good to know

What happens if I fall off the island? When you fall far enough you return to the island, or to your last checkpoint if you were on a parkour. Items that fall are lost. Can I replay a parkour?Yes. Step on the green start pad. If 5 minutes have passed since last time, the coins return, and finishing it again gives 3 coins. Can I play with friends?Yes. The One Block's progress belongs to the whole world; coins and trophies belong to each player. Do the parkours break my builds? No. If something of yours is in the way, that parkour block is simply not placed.

How to install

  1. Download the file below. On iOS or Android, open it from your Downloads with Minecraft; on Windows, double-click it.
  2. Minecraft imports the pack automatically. Enable it in your world’s settings under Behavior Packs or Resource Packs; an add-on usually needs both.
  3. Playing on a Realm or server? Everyone needs the same packs, and the host has to enable them.
  4. Starting a new world? Choose its seed first: the Seed Map shows villages, structures and biomes near spawn for any Bedrock seed.
