VeinMine | Vein Miner Addon

Break one ore and the entire connected vein follows. VeinMine brings fast, vanilla-accurate vein mining to Minecraft Bedrock, with full support for enchantments, durability and XP.

Features

  • Connected ore detection, including diagonals (up to 64 blocks per activation)
  • Requires the correct pickaxe tier, just like vanilla
  • Fortune, Silk Touch and Unbreaking support
  • Tool durability is consumed per block
  • Vanilla drops and XP
  • Normal and deepslate ores count as one vein

How to Use

  1. Hold a pickaxe
  2. Sneak
  3. Break an ore

The rest of the vein breaks automatically. Vein mining is disabled in Creative mode.

Preview: Fortune

Fortune increases ore drops exactly like vanilla mining.

Preview: Silk Touch

Silk Touch drops the ore block itself, with no XP, for the whole vein.

Configuration

Max blocks, sneak requirement and individual feature toggles can be changed in scripts/config.js.

How to install

  1. Download the file below. On iOS or Android, open it from your Downloads with Minecraft; on Windows, double-click it.
  2. Minecraft imports the pack automatically. Enable it in your world’s settings under Behavior Packs or Resource Packs; an add-on usually needs both.
  3. Playing on a Realm or server? Everyone needs the same packs, and the host has to enable them.
  4. Starting a new world? Choose its seed first: the Seed Map shows villages, structures and biomes near spawn for any Bedrock seed.
