How to use the Bastion Remnant Finder
Bastion remnants generate in every Nether biome except basalt deltas and compete with fortresses for the same regions. Find the closest one for gold, netherite upgrades and pigstep.
- Type or paste your seed in the seed box (numbers and text seeds both work), then pick your edition and version.
- Bastion remnants are marked on the map automatically. Drag to pan, scroll or pinch to zoom, and hover an icon to see its coordinates.
- Click an icon to copy the coordinates or a ready-made /tp command, and tick "Completed" to keep track of the ones you have visited.
- Use the "Nearest" list in the sidebar to jump straight to the closest ones to spawn or to any X/Z you enter.
Questions
Which type of bastion is it?
There are four types — bridge, hoglin stables, housing units and treasure room — chosen when the structure is placed. The popup shows the type when the engine can determine it.
Can bastions and fortresses be next to each other?
Each Nether structure region gets either a fortress or a bastion, so they never share a region, but adjacent regions can contain one of each.
