How to use the Desert Temple Finder
Desert temples generate in desert biomes and hide four loot chests under the central blue terracotta block — above a pressure plate wired to nine TNT. The finder gives you the exact temple coordinates.
- Type or paste your seed in the seed box (numbers and text seeds both work), then pick your edition and version.
- Desert temples are marked on the map automatically. Drag to pan, scroll or pinch to zoom, and hover an icon to see its coordinates.
- Click an icon to copy the coordinates or a ready-made /tp command, and tick "Completed" to keep track of the ones you have visited.
- Use the "Nearest" list in the sidebar to jump straight to the closest ones to spawn or to any X/Z you enter.
Questions
How do I get the loot safely?
Dig down beside the central pillar rather than dropping in, and break the stone pressure plate at the bottom before stepping on the floor.
Do desert temples exist on Bedrock at the same spot?
Bedrock uses a different placement algorithm; this finder is exact for Java Edition.
