New biomes, mobs, bosses, structures, gear and farming, all built around the End.

Biomes

Spoiler

• End Spire: sharp albite crystals, broach stone, floating islands and a pale haze.

• End Wilds: golden flaxen trees, thickets and drifting fluff.

• Blighted Barrens: spreading blight, geysers that launch you skyward, and a darkness that creeps in.

Mobs

Spoiler

• Referent: a giant jaw on legs. Feed it items and get part of their recipe back, has a chance to drop its tooth. Just don't let it get hungry.

• Hurler: leaps into the sky and lobs explosive Bombolus at you.

• Enderjowl: spits items that burst into potion clouds.
  
• Ender Shriek: screams and turns every End mob nearby against you.

• Ender Imago: what an endermite grows into. Guards its nest and possesses endermen.

• Nestor: gentle flyers living under End ships. Feed them chorus fruit and ride them.

• End Bovine: grazes the islands. Feed it and its manure boosts your crops.

• Ichneumon: harmless until you hit it, or until it sees a dragon head. Then it kills everything.

Bosses

• Elder Shulker: a giant shulker on top of a purpur tower. Wake it with an End Activator.

• The Ziz: the god of the End. Fill the Seer's Altar with one drop from each End creature to summon it.

Structures

Upgraded End Ships with an End Vault holding the elytra.

End City Spawners and Vaults: beat the waves, earn End Activators, open the vaults.
Elder Shulker Tower, Ichneumon Nest and Dragon Bones.

Gear

Combine at the Upgraded Smithing Table with an Ender Upgrade:

• Albite Hoe (Albite Shard and Netherite Hoe): tills end stone.
• Nestor Chestplate (Nestor Membrane and Elytra): armour that glides like an elytra.
• Ichneumon Shell (Turtle Shell and Ichneumon Scutes): Resistance II for 10 seconds when you get hit.

Also:

• Swordbreaker: blocks half of any melee hit, brings back old blocking.
• Heavy Rockets: three tiers. Rocket jump or blast things out of the sky.
• Oculus Goggles: see nearby mobs glowing through walls.
• Draught Lantern: spreads a potion's effect to players nearby.
• Purpur Snare: a redstone lure that pulls hostile mobs away from you.
• Contrivance: a redstone spike trap.
• Elder Shulker Box: a shulker box with double the space.

Farming

Spoiler

Till end stone and grow Bombolus and Endew.

Crushed Albite works like bone meal.
Bovine Manure speeds up crops for an hour.
End Mud heals anything standing on it.
